Drier than normal weather

THERE is a moderate to strong chance of a drier than normal month for the month of February, with the trend likely to persist into March, the Bureau of Meteorology says.
For the Granite Belt and Darling Downs, there will be a slight chance (30 per cent) of a shower in the east today, most likely in the afternoon, though near zero chances elsewhere.
Tomorrow it will be mostly sunny with a medium (40 per cent) chance of rain, with no falls forecast for Saturday.
