Surprise party for Gloria

After more than 50 years of married life, Don McKechnie was able to trump his wife, Gloria, with a surprise 70th birthday party.
About 45 family members and friends came from as far away as Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Goondiwindi and Toowoomba, to attend Gloria’s birthday party at the Warwick Golf Club on Saturday.
Her birthday was on Monday.
