Neville’s birthday surprise

MORE than 100 invited guests helped Neville Bryant celebrate his 80th birthday at the Stanthorpe RSL on Sunday.
They came from as far away as Cairns in the north and Foster in the south, Glen Innes, Grafton, Alstonville, Warwick and
Toowoomba to suprise Neville for his birthday.
Neville, who turns 80 at the end of the month, worked for many years for the DPI on the Border Gates and has been heavily involved in the Stanthorpe Agricultural Society for many decades, the Stanthorpe Pony Club, The Apple and Grape Festival and many other local organisations.
Representatives of those organisatons joined friends and family at the gathering.
