Walk the talk

I’ve been thinking of late that maybe this era we are in should now be known as ‘the era of the finger pointers and money grabbers.’
How selfish are people to demand a pay rise from their employer in this financial environment and if they don’t get it a case of the terrible two’s  dummy spitting follows and even belittlement, just disgraceful.
One must wonder how charitable they themselves would be if they actually owned the targeted business, I bet their selfish behaviour would more than continue.
I don’t know about you but thumb suckers annoy the hell out of me especially when they should have grown out of it at about the age of two.
I will hand a bit of splendid advise on to you that I received off a friend.
“It is not how much you earn but what you do with what you earn”.
So next time your sitting in front of your plasma TV with beer in hand, think about it.
Just remember leadership starts at the top but yet we must all do our best to keep that light somehow burning.
Remember everything you do is being absorbed into the younger generations sub conscious and actually becomes truth in their mentation.
We must all change our thinking and grow spines and hold that torch of leadership and show each other the way by actually living by example.
Enough of this talking the walk, it’s time to walk the talk.
