Get set to party

Jazz and brass band music will echo over the lake again at Robert Channon Wines in Stanthorpe for their annual Brass and Wine day on Sunday.
“This is our outdoor party day after all our concerts during the year. The entertainment is free; there will be food all day from our Singing Lake Café and of course, plenty of wine,” Robert Channon said.
“The Ormiston College Jazz Band blows everyone away every year with their fantastic sound. They are back again this year with another jazz group, Bird’s Apprentices,” Mr Channon said.
“Add to the mix the Stanthorpe Brass Band and it is going to be a feast of brass, jazz, food and wine. If the weather is wet, the musical entertainment will move into our Swigmore Hall and we will party on,” he said.
Admission is free, with the music set to start about 11am.
For enquiries, contact Robert Channon Wines on (07) 4683 3260.
