A serene country retreat

Be warned – this is a home you will not want to leave according to agent Kelly Reardon.

“Set on a pristine 1.98 ha block located only minutes from the Warwick CBD and close to Warwick Golf Course this home is truly one of a kind,” she said.

“Built by the current owners in 16 years ago by Arden Vale Homes it is immaculate home inside and out.

“This is evident from the moment you walk through the front door into the tiled entrance.

“The home has a separate lounge area (north facing) which is a good size with a bay window that overlooks the front garden.”

Kelly said there were three living spaces in “this grand home”.

“The second is a generous size dining area off a functional kitchen, which has good amount of cupboard and pantry space, plus a kitchen sink which has lovely view,” she said.

“The third living area – is exactly where a new owner (as does the current owners) will do all their living.

“This space allows a lot of natural light in and is situated on the north-east side of the house, it has floor to ceiling cupboard space but also access to a lovely outdoor entertaining area.

“This is the place where you can sit, take in the beautiful view of the Southern Ranges (especially when a storm is brewing to the south) and listen to the amazing amount of birdlife which are attracted to the block.”

The home is tiled throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.

All bedrooms are a good size, with built-ins, the main has an ensuite.

The home also has air-conditioning but due to its north south aspect it is warm in winter and cool in summer. It has plenty of cupboards for storage.

She said outside the home continued to impress.

“With its sheds, carport, rainwater tanks, fenced yard and landscaped gardens it really is a credit to the current owners,” the agent said.

“Homes of such high calibre is hard to find.

“An inspection is a must.”
