Tax my emissions?

I have been told by Labor voters that the government is going to charge the people of Australia carbon tax when they pass wind. Will Gillard and Swan pay carbon tax when they pass wind, if so they will be paying a lot of carbon tax. I would like to hear from the Communist voters what they think of the carbon tax.
