Residents are advised that a five tonne load limit has been set at a culvert on North Branch Road, between School Gully Road and Goomburra, for safety reasons, after a large void was discovered beneath the road.
“The culvert may need to be replaced completely,” Southern Downs Regional Council engineer services director Peter See said.
A detour for heavy vehicles is available along School Gully Road, Mr See explained.
“The council has re-sheeted part of this road to allow the detour.”
