A crowd of close to 200 people was on-hand at the Stanthorpe Civic Centre to celebrate the Stanthorpe Australia Day Civic Ceremony on Thursday 26 January.
They were there to see eight new Australian citizens take part in the citizenship and to witness the council award winners including this year’s citizen of the year Morwenna Harslett.
Samantha Wantling was onhand to capture the social happenings of the day as well as the award winners.
