September ended on a high for the Andersens Stanthorpe team as they cleaned up at their 2023 Conference.
The store won Best Franchisee and came runner’s up for Regional Store of the Year (SQ West) and Most Improved Franchise.
Owners Gary and Hayley Kirby were surprised and humbled to win the Best Franchisee from their head office.
“I think this comes down to a number of things – one reason being our team of staff being very genuine, honest, patient & friendly,” Hayley said.
“Also receiving runners-up awards for a Regional Store Of The Year and Most Improved Franchise makes us feel extremely proud for all the hard work and dedication we have put into running our business.”
Since taking over the business in January 2021, Gary and Hayley have poured their heart and soul into the shop and their dedication has paid off.
Hayley believes that their down-to-earth approach and commitment to excellence played a pivotal role in securing these awards.
“It’s hard to pinpoint exactly why we won, but I would say it’s because Gary and I are very down to earth.
“We are a local family and are also driven & determined to make our business the best it can be. Our team all work so well together combined with our professional installers who have years of experience and take the time as perfectionists to get each job done right,” she said
Looking ahead, the future is promising for Andersens Stanthorpe. With no signs of a slowdown in the building industry, the team anticipates a bustling period of growth and challenges.
As the holiday season approaches, they also gear up for their peak period, ensuring they meet the high demands during this festive time.
“After this, we will be looking forward to a well-earned break come the end of the year,” Hayley said.
