The 2024 Stanthorpe Berry Festival is set to bring a burst of berry-themed excitement to the Granite Belt on Saturday, 16 November.
This annual event will transform Stanthorpe into a vibrant hub of family fun, food, and entertainment, offering an array of culinary delights, activities, and performances.
This year’s festival will feature cooking demonstrations by renowned local chefs, including celebrity chef Matt Golinski.
Known for his passion for fresh, local ingredients, Golinski will showcase his culinary talents, while also hosting an exclusive 5-course degustation at Varia’s Restaurant.
Alongside the gourmet experience, the festival’s BBQ is back, serving up the region’s finest meats.
Visitors can also explore Boutique Market Lane, where they’ll find fresh berry produce, homemade treats, and the festival favourite, strawberry ice-cream.
New to this year’s festival is an extended twilight event, featuring live performances from Band of Blue, who are sure to get the crowd dancing with their energetic set.
The day will conclude with a spectacular Bubble Canteen Show, boasting over 12,000 bubbles per minute in a mesmerising display of bubble artistry.
Festival-goers can also enjoy the popular Scones and Jam eating competition, and the thrilling Stanny Sausage Slam, ensuring there’s fun for everyone.
