Stop the carbon tax now

As opposition to the Gillard carbon tax mounts, Ross Garnaut is now saying, that the increase in electricity will only be small. He thinks we will swallow that line and the opposition to the tax will diminish. But where have we heard such tummy rubbing promises before?
You can be sure that if the tax becomes a reality there will be more items added to the list to be taxed. This can and will be done by regulation so there will be no need to go back to Parliament for approval. This insidious tax will affect us in ways that the gullible public doesn’t realise.
The time to stop the carbon tax is now and that can only be achieved by letting the Gillard regime know that we will not accept this tax, which is a tax on the essentials of life.
