Queen Quest begins

YAN Gan beauty Megan Leech has her sights set on becoming the 2013 Warwick Rodeo Queen.
Nominations for the Queen Quest got underway this week for the iconic Warwick Rodeo and Show held in October 21-27.
Megan, 22, was raised in Yan Gan and works in the mining industry as a medical testerand has ridden horses since an early age.
She has competed in show jumping and eventing and more recently cutting.
Megan said she has a strong passion for regional life and her local community.
“I would love the opportunity to represent the region and rural lifestyle as the 2013 Warwick Rodeo Queen,” she said.
“As part of my nomination, I’m hosting a range of events across the region to fund-raise for the Warwick Rodeo and Show Society, and would encourage everyone to come along and show their support.”
Megan will host a movie night tonight, Thursday 8 August, at the Warwick Cinema for the premier of Now You See Me at 5.45pm, including wine and nibbles.
She will also host a Clearing Sale at the Warwick Showgrounds on 17 August from 10am.
