A marriage of love

When Jessica Kaloczy married Matthew Doorley at St Barnabas Church at Dalveen on 9 November she says her favourite part of the day was having everyone they loved in one venue.

“And watching Matt’s eyes light up as I walked down the aisle,” she admitted.

“It was so special because I got to incorporate mum as best I could given she’d passed only four months prior and it was wonderful to be married in a spot so special to her.

“After being with Matt for so long it feels so nice to finally be able to call each other husband and wife.

“I wake up every day feeling ever so grateful for our lives and all that will be in our future together.”

Adding to the family feel of the event the pair had their children as part of the wedding party .

Jessica was attended by maid of honour Brittany McEvoy, bridesmaids Rebecca Pearson and Cindy Doorley and flower girl Brylee Doorley while Matthew’s groomsmen were Jarrod Irwin, Bill Vincent and Jamie Reibelt and pageboys were Jye and Harlin Doorley.

Following the service the reception was held at Stanthorpe International Club with Stories Framed Photography’s Mel Boggs capturing the day for the happy couple.
