Stanthorpe school celebrates its morning tea promotion

Stanthorpe State School staff gathered together for ‘little lunch’ with a difference when a massive morning tea event was held at the school, in support of the Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea promotion, raising much-needed funds for cancer research and
patient support.
Organised by much loved educator and social club coordinator, Jo Vetter, the morning tea was a financial success for this important cause, whilst being a wonderful opportunity for staff to stop and enjoy each other’s company over a hot cuppa and a huge array of scrumptious goodies.
More than $300 was raised during their 30-minute coffee break, making it the most satisfying morning tea the school has enjoyed all year!
