Blue Care receives funding to continue valuable work

State Member for Southern Downs Lawrence Springborg recently welcomed the allocation of $69,602 in funding for Blue Care services within Southern Downs to assist people with disabilities to access emergency and crisis support.
“The care and assistance provided by Blue Care to our elderly, people with disabilities and others in our community during their time of need is widely acknowledged and appreciated by the many people and their families who are assisted,” Mr Springborg said.
“The professional Blue Care staff are to be commended for providing our loved ones with the quality of life and independence they desire and deserve when they are unable to manage on their own,” he said.
“This funding will greatly assist Blue Care in the continuation of its excellent service,” Mr Springborg said.
