CLO Lawyers proudly announces the addition of Lisa Hooper as Special Counsel in their Toowoomba office.

With more than 20 years of experience practising law in Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, Lisa is a seasoned business and commercial solicitor known for her practical and tailored legal solutions.

Lisa began her career in Mackay in 2004 after graduating from James Cook University with degrees in Economics and Law. Over the years, she has held senior roles at prominent firms across the region, including Laherty and O’Sullivan in Toowoomba, Gudkovs Power Stettgast in Warwick, and Neil Sullivan and Bathersby in Stanthorpe.

Her extensive experience covers business transactions, commercial and rural property, estate planning, and administration, as well as conveyancing and litigation.

“Building lasting relationships based on trust is the core of my practice. It’s a privilege to be entrusted with matters that are so important to my clients.”

In recent years, Lisa has increasingly focused on business and commercial transactions, corporate advising, and rural property sales and purchases. She is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence. “At CLO Lawyers, I’m inspired to bring my very best to every case, every client, every time,” she says.
