It is with a heavy heart that Ivy Graham announces the closure of Goldstone Jewellers after 29 years of business.

The almost three decades have been a rewarding journey for Ivy but with things slowing down and the years catching up to her, Ivy decided now is an appropriate time to close her doors.

Reflecting on her journey, Ivy shared her gratitude for the loyal customers who have supported Goldstone Jewellers over the years.

“I have loved looking after my customers and being able to help them with whatever they may need, from jewellery to repairs,“ Ivy said.

“But I have decided I’m getting too old.”

Throughout her life, Ivy has cherished the interactions with her customers, many of whom have become friends.

To express her heartfelt thanks and bid a final farewell, Goldstone Jewellers will hold a special half-priced sale on all remaining stock. This sale is not only a gesture of appreciation but also a way to clear the shelves before the store doors close for the last time.

The closure of Goldstone Jewellers marks the end of an era for Stanthorpe. Ivy’s expertise and warm customer service have made the shop a cornerstone of the community.

As she prepares for this next chapter, Ivy looks forward to spending more time with her family and going on holidays.

Residents and long-time patrons are encouraged to visit Goldstone Jewellers during the final sale to take advantage of the significant discounts and to share their goodbyes with Ivy.
