14 players took full advantage of the top notch conditions at the Stanthorpe course last week in the midweek competition. Steve Hooper with an excellent score of 41 took the honours in the stableford event. Hot on his heels and allowing him no opportunity to relax was Trevor Wren who finished with 40points. Ian Harvey got the run down on 38 pts. The third pin shot was won by Ross, the 12th by Santo and Tom Page took out the approach on the 17th.
Organisers and players have paid special thanks to the volunteers and greenkeeper Bill. It is their hard work that brings about such excellent golfing conditions.
