St Josephs netball team has finished with bronze at the Laura Geitz Cup in Toowoomba.
The group competed in the tough 14-team strong Division Two Year Seven to Nine competition to finish with a medal at the competition.
A spokesperson for St Josephs said they were “so proud of their determination and efforts”, Thanking coach Karen Petrie and Head of Sport Damian Petrie, for their work with the team.
Meanwhile Stanthorpe Netball Association were kept busy on Saturday morning at the at their annual sign-on ahead of the 2023 season with young netballers across the region keen to follow in Laura Geitz’ footsteps.
