Yoga is on go

YOGA classes resume on the Granite Belt today, Thursday 30 January, promising the
health benefits of yoga practices, while a yoga class provides a wonderful opportunity to meet with like-minded people in a relaxed and nurturing space.
There is now a variety of yoga classes on the Granite Belt covering every day of the week and at various times making it easier for most people to be able to attend a class.
Since October local classes and teachers in Stanthorpe have settled into the refurbished Orange Room at ArtWorks on Davadi. This central location has atmosphere and lends itself well to yoga. Most classes are held here, with a few weekly classes at Eukey Hall and the Wallangarra School of Arts Hall
The group’s five yoga teachers are passionate about yoga and are able to offer various types of classes and approaches.
As well as plenty of beginner’s and general classes, the popular early morning SunUp class continues, with Renew You Yoga on Fridays, a gentle Saturday morning class and a restorative Chill Yoga Class on Sunday afternoons.
