CONDITIONS were hot and humid for last Sunday Pistol and Rifle events at Inglewood SSA.
Hot and steamy proved ideal for Martin Unwin who was successful in the Rifle Rimfire Benchrest 50m and the Rifle Centrefire. Unwin was on song defeating Richard White and Ray Dudgeon in the Rifle Rimfire and Quentin Chapman and Jack Mills in the Rifle Centre fire.
In the Pistol Metallic Silhouette, a count back was required to determine that Monika White had edged out Richard White with the president Tom Donald filling the other minor placing.
A change to the shoot schedule has been approved and muzzle loading will now be held on the third Sunday of each month.
Improvements are being regularly completed at the range and there has now been a mound constructed for prone position events to 300 metres.
The program for this Sunday is Action Pistol and Metallic Silhouette.
