A toast to our new graduates

Nineteen WSET (Wine Spirit Education Trust) students graduated from the Queensland College of Wine Tourism last week.
The graduates received a certificate and lapel pin.
Some of the course-covered topics included food and wine matching, grape varieties from around the world, the main styles of wine from around the world, and social, health, legal and safety issues around wine consumption.
WSET is an ideal qualification for those interested in working within the wine, tourism or hospitality industries.
This one-day course is an internationally recognised qualification, recognised in more than 55 countries and is the preferred qualification for sommeliers in Australia.
For further information regarding the next WSET course, contact the Queensland College of Wine Tourism on (07) 4685 5050 or 0438 384 875.
