Invitation to seniors

Children sang during last year’s Concert for Seniors.

No matter where you live—Stanthorpe, Warwick, Tenterfield or Timbuktu—if you’re a senior citizen and you’re in Stanthorpe on Saturday, September 22, you’re invited to a free concert at the Stanthorpe Civic Centre.
There’ll be music to suit all tastes at the Concert for Seniors which will start at 1.30pm. The afternoon’s program is a pleasing mix and includes everything from folk and country music to children’s singing and a touch of the classics.
Each year, the Granite Belt Dance Club members present this concert. The local artists give of their time freely, some of the Dance Club members do a short dancing segment or two … and the enjoyable event is rounded off with a delicious afternoon tea—also free.
If you enjoy live music, please come along.
