Warwick and District Country Music members fundraise in Stanthorpe

On Saturday a bus load of Warwick and District Country Music members went to Stanthorpe to help the disability group raise some much needed funds.

Ron Look from Stanthorpe organised the country music afternoon in the Uniting Church Hall.

Members of the Country Music Club provided the music for the afternoon where $770 was raised.

A special mention must go to Warwick Charter Coaches for supplying the bus at a special rate, and also to Joan Wallace from O’Mahonys Hotel in Warwick for donating a bottle of scotch for a raffle.

The next fundraiser day will be on Saturday, April 16 starting at 1pm.
