Time to unwind

The beautiful setting of the Storm King Dam Recreation Camp will be the backdrop to a relaxing weekend of yoga on October 28 to 30.
The Yoga Retreat, led by Maree Taylor and Tricia Armstrong, will give par-ticipants a wonderful weekend of healing and relaxation through chakra balancing and restorative yoga. The weekend will include organic food and opportunities for exploring meditation.
Being right on the water is conducive to a totally relaxing holiday from the world. In this space, participants will be able to walk, meditate, relax and read as well as unlock their limitless potential through Yoga. Beginners are welcome.
Both facilitators have extensive experience in Yoga. Tricia Armstrong teaches from the heart, encouraging students to practise consciously and with intent and an awareness of alignment. She is passionate about helping her students to get the most out of every moment and every asana. Tricia’s joyful approach, sense of humour, patience and skill as a teacher make her sessions accessible to all.
Maree Taylor has been teaching since 2006 and is registered with Yoga Australia. Her passion for yoga and healing through yoga is matched only by her passion for living life fully, joyfully and with an open heart. She has developed an eclectic style of yoga, with the intention of cultivating self-awareness and the creation of space for people to find their own rhythm – their true essence – their song.
