I am writing regarding the article in Thumbs Down (August 30), regarding the sheep dog that barked at someone and was put down because someone complained.
What a miserable act. People such as this must have empty minds and empty heads, and have too much time on their hands. They could help the council and their community by pulling out weeds or digging trenches instead of spending their time complaining. What a selfish world we live in, people like this don’t care for anyone but themselves and the dog was only doing its job.
The dog was only doing its job; I wonder do you do anything besides complaining? Maybe get a better interest, as I said, such as pulling weeds, rather than whinging. People that whine are not needed or liked.
