From lighting the street with fairy lights to lighting the sky with fireworks, the Stanthorpe Apple and Grape Festival has come full circle.

10 days of events that showed the best of the Granite Belt have come to a close, leaving locals and tourists with smiles on their faces and joyous memories of the region.

Thousands gathered in the town of Stanthorpe to mosey around the markets, try their luck at sideshow alley, bask in the food and wine fiesta, laugh at the grape crushing and most of all be entertained by all that was on offer.

As a storm washed away the heat of Saturday and fought the fireworks, the general consensus of the weekend was ‘so amazing to be a part of’.
