Trips for seniors

National Seniors had a good trip when they travelled to Mt Tamborine. Hearing about glow-worms and seeing them was unusual and interesting. On the way to our destination, we looked at the new dam near Beaudesert; landscaping has been done and also around the picnic and play area. It will be popular in the coming months with tourist and locals.
Bookings are open for the cruise at Pelican Waters and included will be morning tea and lunch, cruise and coach travel. Date for it is October 18. For November’s trip we are going Glen Innes way. Non-members are able to come on the coach trip but in December the Christmas Party luncheon will be for members only. Information can be obtained by phoning Carmel McQueen on (07) 4661 3136 or June Evans on (07) 4661 4205.
